Ah-Nab-Awen Park

Improvements to this riverfront park will be split into two phases:

• Upper Area: Removal of replica Indian Mounds and enhanced public space with an emphasis on cultural use and education, modern bathroom facilities.
• Lower Area: Accessible pathways and improved programming/event space in the “lower bowl” between Bridge St. and the Gillett Bridge.

Construction timelines for each area is dependent on in-channel river work and available funding.
